2020年春運(yùn)火車票于今天（12日）開始發(fā)售。如果遇到車票售完的情況，也不要著急，在12306網(wǎng)站和APP購票時可以選擇“候補(bǔ)購票”功能，按日期、車次、席別提交購票需求，在預(yù)付票款后，售票系統(tǒng)自動安排網(wǎng)上排隊(duì)候補(bǔ)。

據(jù)鐵路上海站工作人員介紹，旅客可以在“候補(bǔ)”系統(tǒng)中選擇最晚通知時間，一旦出現(xiàn)退票、余票，12306系統(tǒng)會自動兌現(xiàn)車票并將購票結(jié)果第一時間通知旅客。該系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)在去年的往四川方向的列車試點(diǎn)，今年將推廣到所有方向的列車中。
