中國(guó)游泳協(xié)會(huì)一貫堅(jiān)持對(duì)使用興奮劑“零容忍”，一貫重視加強(qiáng)運(yùn)動(dòng)員反興奮劑教育。我們了解，2018年9月4日，國(guó)際泳聯(lián)（FINA）授權(quán)的樣本采集機(jī)構(gòu)——國(guó)際興奮劑檢查管理公司（IDTM）對(duì)孫楊實(shí)施賽外檢查時(shí)，使用了未經(jīng)專業(yè)培訓(xùn)、不具備法定資質(zhì)人員采集運(yùn)動(dòng)員樣本，活動(dòng)是非法和無(wú)效的。

我們支持孫楊繼續(xù)以法律手段維護(hù)自己的合法權(quán)益。同時(shí)希望世界反興奮劑機(jī)構(gòu)、體育組織、興奮劑檢查代理機(jī)構(gòu)改進(jìn)、完善規(guī)則，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行規(guī)則包括興奮劑檢查人員資證要求，不能忽視運(yùn)動(dòng)員個(gè)人合法權(quán)利，不能讓任何人都可以去從事與運(yùn)動(dòng)員切身利益密切相關(guān)的興奮劑檢查工作。
