More than 10 million students have applied to take part in China's annual national college entrance examination this year, Minister of Education Chen Baosheng said Monday.

教育部部長陳寶生周一表示，今年有超過1000萬考生報(bào)名參加高考。

Chen Baosheng, secretary of the party group and minister of the Ministry of Education, pointed out that it is strictly forbidden to promote the "high school entrance examination champion" and "high school entrance examination rate", strengthen the management of the college entrance examination slogan, and resolutely put an end to any speculation about the college entrance examination.

教育部黨組書記、部長陳寶生指出，堅(jiān)持正確育人導(dǎo)向，嚴(yán)禁宣傳“高考狀元”、“高考升學(xué)率”，加強(qiáng)對(duì)中學(xué)高考標(biāo)語的管理，堅(jiān)決杜絕任何關(guān)于高考的炒作。
