China's first national maritime museum has scheduled trial operation for May 1, local authorities said Thursday.

地方當(dāng)局周四表示，中國(guó)第一個(gè)國(guó)家海事博物館已于5月1日開始試運(yùn)行。

The museum is in Binhai New Area of north China's Tianjin Municipality.
該博物館位于中國(guó)北方天津市濱海新區(qū)。
 
Four exhibition halls, which focus on the themes of "the ancient ocean," "ocean today," "journey of discovery" and "the age of the dragon" respectively, will open during the trial.

四個(gè)展廳分別以“古海洋”，“今日海洋”，“發(fā)現(xiàn)之旅”和“龍年”為主題，將在審判期間開放。

Visitors will learn about the relationship between ocean and life evolution, discoveries in navigation, marine life, the environment and sustainable development.

參觀者將了解海洋與生命進(jìn)化，航海發(fā)現(xiàn)，海洋生物，環(huán)境和可持續(xù)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系。

During the trial, the museum allows 3,000 visitors per day. Visitors need to book tickets in advance through its official website or WeChat account, which will open April 28.

在審判期間，博物館每天允許3,000名游客。 游客需要提前通過其官方網(wǎng)站或微信賬號(hào)預(yù)訂門票，該賬戶將于4月28日開放。

Huang Keli, a museum official, said it would fully open in June.

博物館官員黃克立表示，將于6月全面開放。 

The three-story museum, which covers 150,000 square meters, has six display areas and 15 exhibition halls.
