China is speeding up its transformation from industrialization to informatization, said Shen Changyu, head of NIPA, at the 2019 High-level Forum on China IP Protection.中國(guó)正在加快從工業(yè)化到信息化的轉(zhuǎn)型，NIPA負(fù)責(zé)人沉長(zhǎng)宇在2019年中國(guó)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)高層論壇上表示。

Shen said China would make efforts to shorten the average time of trademark review to less than five months and cut the time of high-value patents review by more than 15 percent.沉說(shuō)，中國(guó)將努力將商標(biāo)審查的平均時(shí)間縮短到不到五個(gè)月，并將高價(jià)值專(zhuān)利審查的時(shí)間縮短15％以上。
According to Shen, by the end of 2018 there were 1.62 million invention patents on the Chinese mainland, and 19.564 million effective trademarks registered.
