A telemedicine platform for people with autism, the first of its kind in China, opened to public registration Tuesday, the People's Daily app reported. 

據(jù)“人民日?qǐng)?bào)”報(bào)道，一個(gè)針對(duì)自閉癥患者的遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療平臺(tái)是中國(guó)首個(gè)此類平臺(tái)，周二開放給公眾注冊(cè)。

Registered patients with autism will be able to receive various services from diagnosis and consultation to treatment, nursing and rehabilitation training by pediatricians, nurses, care workers and educators and offline medical institutions included in China's national telemedicine system.

登記的自閉癥患者將能夠接受由中國(guó)國(guó)家遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)中包括的兒科醫(yī)生，護(hù)士，護(hù)理人員和教育工作者以及離線醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的診斷和咨詢，治療，護(hù)理和康復(fù)培訓(xùn)等各種服務(wù)。

By means of telemedicine technologies, the platform also offers training and education programs in partnership with overseas rehabilitation institutions for domestic families with an autistic member.

通過遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療技術(shù)，該平臺(tái)還與海外康復(fù)機(jī)構(gòu)合作，為患有自閉癥的家庭成員提供培訓(xùn)和教育計(jì)劃。

The platform is jointly launched by the National Telemedicine and Connected Health Center, the Telemedicine Management and Training Center and the Primary-care Telemedicine Development Directory Center under the National Health Commission and the Beijing Jingyi Rehabilitation Center for Autistic Children.

該平臺(tái)由國(guó)家遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療和互聯(lián)健康中心，遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療管理和培訓(xùn)中心以及國(guó)家衛(wèi)生委員會(huì)和北京精益自閉癥兒童康復(fù)中心的初級(jí)保健遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療發(fā)展目錄中心共同發(fā)起。

April 2 marks World Autism Awareness Day, and the theme for this year was determined as "Assistive Technologies, Active Participation" by the United Nations.

4月2日是世界自閉癥意識(shí)日，今年的主題被聯(lián)合國(guó)確定為“輔助技術(shù)，積極參與”。

Today, autism affects more than 10 million people in China, 98.7 percent of which have no access to proper treatment provided by formal rehabilitation facilities, said the newspaper.

據(jù)報(bào)道，今天，自閉癥影響了中國(guó)1000多萬人，其中98.7％的人無法獲得正規(guī)康復(fù)設(shè)施提供的適當(dāng)治療。
