另外，條例中明確了四種危害鐵路安全的行為：圍堵列車、阻礙發(fā)車，或者采取強(qiáng)行登乘、拒絕下車等方式影響列車運(yùn)行；在鐵路線路上放置、遺棄障礙物或者在鐵路線路上飛行無(wú)人駕駛航空器；向運(yùn)行中的列車拋擲影響行車安全的物品；在禁止吸煙的列車上、列車的禁煙區(qū)域內(nèi)吸煙或者能夠產(chǎn)生煙霧的香煙替代品及法律法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他禁止行為。

如若實(shí)施這些禁止行為，將由公安機(jī)關(guān)責(zé)令改正，對(duì)單位處一萬(wàn)元以上五萬(wàn)元以下的罰款，對(duì)個(gè)人處五百元以上二千元以下的罰款。
