When looking for a job or pursuing other goals, young people tend to aim high, but not put their thoughts into action (好高騖遠(yuǎn)，沒有付諸行動(dòng)).

在找工作或者追求其他目標(biāo)時(shí)，年輕人往往好高騖遠(yuǎn)，而不將自己的想法付諸行動(dòng)。

What’s worse, they are beginning to adopt a cynical attitude (憤世嫉俗的態(tài)度)towards life, complaining about unfairness brought upon them.

更糟糕的是，他們會(huì)因此產(chǎn)生憤世嫉俗的生活態(tài)度，抱怨生活對(duì)他們的種種不公。

The unwillingness to take effective measures for the dream may lead to permanent failure in one’s personal and even affect the development of a country.

不愿為實(shí)現(xiàn)夢(mèng)想而采取有效行動(dòng)不僅會(huì)導(dǎo)致自己人生的永遠(yuǎn)失敗，甚至?xí)绊懻麄€(gè)國(guó)家的發(fā)展。
