最高人民法院近日發(fā)布的《最高人民法院關(guān)于修改〈關(guān)于民事訴訟證據(jù)的若干規(guī)定〉的決定》明確提出，今后微信、微博等聊天記錄可正式作為打官司的證據(jù)。
