滴滴順風(fēng)車將于11月20日起，陸續(xù)在哈爾濱、太原、北京等7個城市上線試運營。為了提升安全，可公開查詢到的失信被執(zhí)行人無法注冊成為順風(fēng)車車主。

據(jù)介紹，這7個城市是滴滴出行綜合評估了不同城市的位置和規(guī)模等特點后決定的。11月20日將開通哈爾濱、太原、石家莊、常州的試運營，11月29日開通沈陽、北京、南通的試運營。

According to reports, these seven cities were decided after the Drip Trip comprehensively evaluated the location and scale of different cities. The trial operation of Harbin, Taiyuan, Shijiazhuang and Changzhou will be opened on November 20, and the trial operation of Shenyang, Beijing and Nantong will be opened on November 29.

試運營期間，滴滴出行將首先提供5:00至23:00（女性5:00至20:00）、市內(nèi)50公里以內(nèi)的中短途順風(fēng)車平臺服務(wù)。試運營期間，不收取信息服務(wù)費。

During the trial operation, Drip will first provide a medium and short-distance ride platform service from 5:00 to 23:00 (female 5:00 to 20:00) and within 50 km of the city. No information service fee will be charged during the trial operation.

據(jù)介紹，滴滴出行在順風(fēng)車產(chǎn)品中，引入了失信人篩查機制，可公開查詢到的失信被執(zhí)行人無法注冊成為順風(fēng)車車主。為了保障司乘權(quán)益，滴滴平臺將原有的用戶“信任值”升級為“行為分”，評價差、投訴多的用戶，行為分過低，可能會影響順風(fēng)車服務(wù)的正常使用。
