中國少先隊(duì)建隊(duì)日于1949年10月13日確立，2019年是少先隊(duì)建隊(duì)整整70周年。紅領(lǐng)巾是紅旗的一角。其實(shí)紅領(lǐng)巾的歷史悠久，源自俄羅斯的東正教。當(dāng)年，偉大的革命祖師列寧領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民在俄羅斯取得革命勝利，時(shí)為1917年。那時(shí)候東正教會(huì)在俄羅斯勢力很大，小孩子每個(gè)星期天上“主日課”時(shí)都會(huì)戴著紅領(lǐng)巾當(dāng)作一個(gè)識別標(biāo)志。在布爾什維克革命取得勝利之后，俄共（布）為加強(qiáng)孩子的共產(chǎn)主義教育，設(shè)立了少先隊(duì)，那時(shí)候俄羅斯社會(huì)以紅領(lǐng)巾當(dāng)作一種光榮，俄共（布）就全盤接收，以紅領(lǐng)巾作為少先隊(duì)的一種標(biāo)志，并賦予新的含義——紅旗的一角。
