關(guān)于Standfast：

Standfast成軍的過程非常有趣。1997年，Suzanne與Patrick在瑞典首都斯德哥爾摩相識，彼此認為可以組成搭檔試試運氣。“我們在某個地下室租了一間完全密閉的練團室。那個地方充滿了年輕的音樂創(chuàng)作人，日夜不停地在寫歌、錄試聽帶。”他們欣賞The Beatles、Everything But the Girl、Pink Floyd、Coldplay以及Erykah Badu等藝人。對于寫歌與60年代的旋律有著共同的熱情，讓Suzanne與Patrick湊在一起。

 

這兩個人相處的模式十分自然、融洽，就像他們的音樂一樣，飄蕩著北歐特有的浪漫氣息，一種冷凝、致膩的銀白色浪漫。華語天后許茹蕓加盟EMI的首張大碟便決定與Standfast合作，以她特有的美幻派氣聲唱腔詮《Carcrashes》一曲(中文版曲名《他們的故事》，林夕填詞)。潔凈卻涵蘊豐沛情感的吉他旋律，簡單且充滿現(xiàn)代質(zhì)感的電氣節(jié)奏，Standfast在喧囂塵音雜浮不定的流行音樂市場中，送給樂迷一個可以細細舐嘗音樂甜點的陽光午后。
