雅思單詞，是雅思語言學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)。其實(shí)怎么背誦單詞并不是最重要的，最關(guān)鍵的是堅(jiān)持，畢竟記憶單詞是一個(gè)累積的過程，我們不能太過于急躁，要穩(wěn)中求進(jìn)，在學(xué)習(xí)新詞的同時(shí)，還要復(fù)習(xí)以往學(xué)過的單詞，因?yàn)槿绻粡?fù)習(xí)的話就容易出現(xiàn)忘記的現(xiàn)象。

1. dehumanise v. 使非人化；使無人性

近 robotize使自動(dòng)化

配 be ~ d and become incorrigible 喪失人性并變得不可救藥

例 It is ridiculous to argue that teacherswill be replaced by computers one day, because such a ~ d schooling can hardlybe labelled "education”. 認(rèn)為電腦總有一天會(huì)取代教師是非常荒謬的，因?yàn)槟菢右环N缺乏人性的學(xué)校教育很難被稱為“教育“。”

2. deplete v. 耗盡

近 exhaust v. 用完；耗盡use up 用完；耗盡

配 one’s fortune 耗盡自己的財(cái)產(chǎn) ～ one' s strength 竭盡全力

例 The food reserves h ad been severely ~ dover the winter. 過了冬天，食物儲(chǔ)備已經(jīng)消耗得差不多了。

3. destiny n. 命運(yùn)

近 fate n. 天數(shù)；命運(yùn)

配 to control one's ～ 掌握某人的命運(yùn)

例 To become a master of one’s own ～ in this highly competitive modern society, many people argue,  computer-literacy is a must. 許多人認(rèn)為，在這個(gè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的現(xiàn)代社會(huì)，要想掌握自己的命運(yùn)，就必須通曉電腦。

4. deteriorate v. 惡化

近 worsen （使）變得更壞；惡化

配 cause sth. to ~

例 Urban citizens’ health is beginning to ～ due to of 由于各種污染，城市居民的健康開始惡化。

5. diffuse v. 擴(kuò)散；傳播

近 spread v. 傳播，散布

配 ～ knowledge 傳播知識(shí)  ~ a rumour 散布謠言

例 Despite all the problems, the Internet isstill a modern invention, for it help ～ learning

among People m almost every corner of thisglobe. 盡管互聯(lián)網(wǎng)有諸多問題但它仍是一項(xiàng)了不起的現(xiàn)代發(fā)明，因?yàn)樗兄趯⒅R(shí)從世界的每一個(gè)角落傳播出去。
