教學(xué)特色：在多年的教學(xué)生涯中，我一直都是采取互動式的學(xué)習(xí)方式。我相信每個人都有自己的不同之處和獨(dú)特的溝通方式。雖然如此，身為老師，傳道授業(yè)是我們工作中最重要的一部分。為了達(dá)到這個目的，我針對如何更有效快捷地教導(dǎo)學(xué)生總結(jié)出了一些規(guī)律。
教學(xué)需要責(zé)任心，你必須時刻清楚自己所做的每一件事。另一方面，與學(xué)生打交道的方式，還有如何讓他們學(xué)到能夠應(yīng)付生活中各種挑戰(zhàn)的知識，則是作為老師的責(zé)任心的體現(xiàn)。最后，我會適當(dāng)激勵學(xué)生，使他們能夠認(rèn)清自己的目標(biāo)，特別是在英語學(xué)習(xí)這方面做出最大努力。
