很榮幸能夠當選為10月份的全勤星。這與Tina、Nicole、Wendy這三位老師的全力幫助分不開。我初次接觸spiiker，對老師的提問張不了口，只能模模糊糊的用簡單句型“yes or No"回答，最終在這幾位老師的鼓勵下，我脫離了最先開始的”老皇歷“ ，能夠說一些完整的句子了。在這里，我要大聲告訴大家，想要學好英語就要大聲說，不用擔心是否出錯，英語是一種日積月累的過程，并不是一蹴而就的，此外，還不僅要大聲說，與努力的程度還是分不開的，用數(shù)學語言來說，就是：天才是百分之一的靈感加百分之九十九的汗水。用英語來說就是：No pain,no gain.最終希望大家能夠在百忙之中 ，抽出寶貴的20分鐘來，去認真努力的學習英語~

Rose is a junior high school student. She is very busy in her study in her school. But she never missed one class. Everyday when she come back home she will listen to the recording and check the email from her teacher and me. At that time she is very excited. I know sometimes Rose don’t like study grammar. And she would make some mistakes when she talks with her teacher. So I think she need pay attention for this part. Another thing is I think Rose has a good mother. Her mother take good care of her. Rose is the youngest one in my student-group. Although she is in such a young age, she learns really hard, especially on English study. I can not imagine a huge push on study could happen in her age. Like her peers, she goes to school every day, after class at school, she attends our class on time every day. Sometimes I suppose she must be very tired with heavy study burden on her shoulder, she never stops her forward learning step, as she never stop pursuing the perfect learner on the class. I have taught her for a few months, I am really moved by her learning spirit, sometimes language learning is not so easy and interesting for her, because she has to face some more pressure than others, such as examination, she tries her upmost to do well. As her teacher, I am very proud of her, and looking forwards to her greater progress in the future.
