青柳是個非常棒的男孩子。
在學習初期，說得少，而且中文多。基本上小學生，初中生來學習一開始都會有這樣的狀態(tài)。通過跟老師的配合，和平時跟他的溝通，就會跟他強調：用完整的句子回答問題；要準備一些自己說的話；要復習，積累。
青柳自從上了我們這個課，就非常喜歡英語這個科目了。
課前一定會花時間準備，課后會聽錄音。然后我會每周一次考察他的復習情況，以便達到督促的目的。
通過一段時間的積累，青柳取得了非常大的進步。我和Peter老師都非常為他高興。
其實每個孩子的積累過程還各不相同，有得孩子需要積累的時間短一些，有的孩子需要積累的時間短一些，這些都跟孩子的學習興趣，方式和效率有關系。
小孩子跟大人的學習有些不同。興趣，是首要因素。沒有興趣，就不會有學習的動力。所以家長在培養(yǎng)孩子的過程中，也可以多多考慮先培養(yǎng)孩子的興趣，選擇他喜歡的，然后才去選擇對他好的。我們這種非傳統(tǒng)方式，不需要孩子坐在教室?guī)讉€小時，對于活潑好動的小年輕孩子們，是非常有趣和有效的方式。然后是成就感。讓孩子在學習的過程中獲得成就感，然后才對孩子提出要求。每個人都會有一種自我的成就感，榮譽感。這種感覺是內在的，會讓孩子不需要外界的壓力而自覺的學習，變成自我的動力。通過鼓勵，贊揚，還有建議，讓孩子獲得成就感。這樣孩子會積累一套自己的學習方法，成為一個主動學習的人。
然后就是大人在孩子的學習過程中扮演引導者的角色。很多家長會常叫孩子“你該做這個”，“你該這么做”。做到前面提到的興趣之后，告訴孩子學習的重要性。就是認知，非常關鍵。了解一件事情的起因，過程以及結果，才會有方向感。過程就是計劃，達到結果的計劃。家長也可以跟孩子一起，做一些孩子能完成的計劃。這樣不需天天嘮叨孩子，“怎么又玩電腦呢”。一周檢查一次結果，孩子沒做到，就可以跟他談了。呵呵，孩子的榮辱感是很強烈的。他知道自己沒做好，下次一定會改進了。
